This project is an investigation in to the potential of collaborative Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Partnership Relationship Management (PRM) for Higher Education (HE) and Further Education (FE) in North East England, with capacity to interface with business support organisations funded by the Joint Information Systems Committee (JISC).
The project is managed by Knowledge House, which is a collaborative service offered by the universities of Durham, Newcastle, Northumbria, Sunderland, Teesside and the Open University in the North and will be running from July 2009 till April 2010.
The project team comprises:
